The ground rules
Using Keepze,
plainly put.
These terms describe how you may use Keepze to make, send, sign and keep digital cards.

Terms of service
Agreement to these terms
By using keepze.com or any Keepze service (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. Keepze is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Keepze”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to create an account or buy a card. You may open a card someone sends you without an account.
What Keepze provides
Keepze lets you choose a digital card design, add your own words, signature and media, publish it as a private link, collect messages from others in a group card, and let recipients open and keep it.
Keepze is an early service. Features may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent hosted storage. Keep important cards on your shelf. Newly purchased cards are kept and reopened on your account shelf and do not offer offline files. Supported older cards may offer Save card under Card options for a separate file. Some online visuals may need a connection or prevent a complete offline save.
Accounts and security
You can create a card as a guest in your browser, but publishing, buying and keeping cards to a shelf may need an account. You can sign in with an email and password or with Google.
Keep your sign-in details and private links safe. Anyone with a private card or signing link can use it, so share links only with people you trust. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@keepze.com if you think it has been misused.
Prices, payment and orders
Single cards are $4.99 USD and group cards are $9.99 USD at the time of writing. The price shown at checkout before you pay is the price you pay. Prices may change for future orders; we will not change the price of an order you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Keepze does not see or store your full card number. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout. See our refund policy for cancellations and refunds.
Your content
You keep ownership of the messages, signatures, images, GIFs and videos you add (“Your Content”). You give Keepze a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, process, display and deliver Your Content so the Service can work, for example to show a card to the person you send it to.
You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload and that it follows our acceptable use rules. Group contributors are responsible for their own messages. Third-party media, such as GIFs from GIPHY, remains subject to its provider’s terms.
Keepze designs and software
The card designs, artwork, layouts, software, brand and site content are owned by Keepze or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use a design to make and send your own cards. You may not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute designs or the Service itself, or use them to build a competing product.
Using the Service responsibly
Please do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- upload or send content that breaks our acceptable use rules;
- send spam, or send cards to people who have asked not to receive them;
- try to access private links, accounts or data that are not yours;
- interfere with, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its limits;
- use bots or automated tools to create accounts, cards or orders.
Optional writing and cover help
If you use optional AI writing or cover suggestions, the text or image you provide is sent to a third-party AI provider to produce a suggestion. Suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review and edit them before you use them; you are responsible for what you send.
Availability, changes and ending use
We may update, suspend or end parts of the Service, and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You can stop using Keepze at any time. If we end a paid service for reasons other than your breach, we will handle refunds as described in the refund policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Keepze disclaims all warranties, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free or that any card will be received, opened or kept. Email delivery depends on third-party systems we do not control.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Keepze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Keepze in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY], without regard to conflict of law rules. Please contact us first at contact@keepze.com so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Any remaining dispute will be handled in the courts of [STATE / COUNTRY], unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Keepze after an update, you accept the new terms. For questions, write to contact@keepze.com.
